Kathryn's Bridal and Dress Shop

My name is Kathryn Byrnes Trocki and I would like to introduce you to my new business in McHenry called Kathryn’s Bridal and Dress Shop. Located in the heart of McHenry, the two-story classic brick building is a local landmark, and is now home to the newest full-service bridal and dress boutique.

This business has been a dream of mine since working for Rita Watkins at Silhouettes Dress Shop in the Crystal Point Mall in Crystal Lake, IL thirteen years ago.

My husband, Todd, and I are lifelong McHenry residents, and we are excited to bring my dream to life in the town where we raise our three children--Andrew, Joseph and Matthew. We truly believe the addition of Kathryn’s Bridal and Dress Shop will not only enhance the community but also offer a valuable service to the people of McHenry County.

Kathryn’s Bridal and Dress Shop offers a wide assortment of bridal, bridesmaids, mother of the bride/groom, flowergirl, evening, prom, first communion and Quincinera gowns. We have all the accessories including veils, jewelry, shoes and purses.

In addition to the traditional services, we offer honeymoon travel planning with a certified travel specialist with fifteen years travel experience. Our seamstress brings to Kathryn’s Bridal and Dress Shop twenty-five years of bridal alteration expertise.

Our goal at Kathryn’s is to insure that each customer receives personal attention and has an enjoyable and memorable experience. Our professional staff is here to meet your every need. We look forward to helping you during this special time in your life.

The Tea Room is now open for your special occasion parties. The Tea Room may be rented for bridal showers, baby showers and little girl dress-up birthday parties. Also coming soon is our own wedding cake and pastry designer. Call Kathryn’s Bridal and Dress Shop for details.
